Vitamax Appliances – Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if the product is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrectly delivered
- Not functioning properly
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective:
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Clearance or sale items
- Consumable accessories and related products
Exchange Policy
If a product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered, customers may request an exchange for:
- The same product, or
- Another item of equal value (subject to availability)
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Vitamax Appliances.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
